Steam Client Beta Available

There's a new Steam Beta client available. To access the Beta, go to File -> Settings, and on the Account tab will be a drop down. Select Steam Client Candidate, and then allow Steam to restart itself. Here are the specific changes:

• Updated the fallback URL for content-server banner ads
• Updated the Steam client to use our new store website
• Fixed empty login dialog at startup
• Fixed offline mode sometimes not working

More info about the new store:

- All the URLs are changed to be structured more nicely
- Packages always just show as "Purchase" not "Buy as Gift" or such regardless of whether you own it
- The style/footer on the stats page has changed
- Tons of the underlying code has been re-factored to better support upcoming features
