Why don't they fix that god-forsaken memory read error that SO MANY PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT?????

My god, people complain about the 89% stuck crap, and woila, they're lives are back to normal, they can sleep and tell their future grandchildren that its not 89% anymore :upstare: WOOt.

But for me, I cannot play CS:S and fear I may not be able to play HL2 because of this memory error.

And YES my system can play TWO Half Lives 2's lol.

yea ive had that memory error as well, i read through some steampowered forums and i couldnt see an error, everyone seemed to have similar specs.
me: 3200xp 9800pro 400fsb... i uninstalled ati-tool and havent seen a memory error yet, maybe that might work for you too?

aussie.

Testing this out right now, seems promising. If you want to, try it.

good point what the heck was the point of that update?

Why not fix the glitches in CS:S.

when the hell are these F&**($# gonna stop spaming my steam and release the F%$$@! game....

auto-update?

when are they going to fix the "As usual, please restart Steam to receive the update" bug?

Ok, so that's not a bug...but really...how hard is it to make steam auto-update?? Like, just before you launch a game it checks for updates or something. I don't restart my machine for really long periods of time, and it is rather counter intuitive to close a program that isn't complaining and then start it again, just to see if there are any new updates.

If they want to hire me to implement this: [email protected] :)
