Hi guys,
I'm sure this has been posted before, so here it is one more time: whenever I try to connect to steam (for the first time as I am reinstalling) I get an error saying: "Steam.exe (main exception): Unable to load library Steam.dll". I already followed the instructions on the steam website to set up the firewall, but nothing seems to work (I even turned it off). I'm wondering if it's because my slow internet connection :cheese: . How can I fix this? DO I really need a better connection?
