Its nothing, just a bunch of bug fixes. It fixed the shutdown bug where you have to end task on steam.exe.

They dont need to update steam to release a new media file, they can just update mediabrowser.exe. As long as theres no new bug fixes with regards to the media distrib.

The last update (the one before the G-Man video) fixed that problem for me.

Well mine was updating..then it gave me the "cannot to conntect to any" error! So this means I have to completely unstall steam, reinstall steam. Update the damn thing again...download CS again, and download the G-man movie again....

I wish they would fix this error...it's really starting to get annoying...
