Steam - Network Status Content Server max @ 15000Mbps

Is it me or has the maximum value the content server graph can show recently increased to 15000Mbps !

I know this doesn't mean that's the current max bandwidth available, but it suggests Valve means business about getting the HL2 media content out.

Oh, and the max bandwidth available appears to have jumped a mega or two to 9,580Mbps.

I think he means the HL2 preload content.

Maybe I've not been paying attention to the maximum the graph could show and it's maybe been at 15000Mbps for days/weeks/months

In which case I'm an idiot and will go back to my cave to play on my abacus either that or go back to Nuttin people

It's a graph axe. It means nothing. It's probably automatic and it increased the scale when the maximum bandwidth reached About 9000 Mbps.
