Steam Problem

Right,
I have had this problem a while now, and I thought it wouls be time to try and get some help...
everytime i try to run steam i get this error:

can anybody help me? Does anybody know whats wrong...
and before anyone says "WELL POST IT ON THE STEAM FORUM, PWNEZ" I thought I'd ask here before bothering them...
Oh and I have searched both forums and found no referance to this error ;(

Go to www.steampowered.com and tell them about it, the answers might be there or you might have found a new bug. Either way report it explaining your OS, Service Pack Level etc...

Then we can progress with getting Steam non-beta!
