Steam Support not responding

I'm trying to reset my password on Steam. I can't remember the password or the secret answer. Everything was automated at logon.

I have opened a ticket (28 hours ago) with no response from support.

Anyone have any suggestions on next move?

I have plenty of information to prove I'm the account owner, I just need someone to respond.

I've found that their response times vary a lot!

In the past, I've had to wait days for an initial response. Where as other times they have replied reasonably quickly (quickly being within 24 hours or so for them).

Give them at least 3-4 days before writing back. Sometimes the support team can be backed up depending on the traffic.
