like the topic says the steam unlocking files thing, it keeps jamming on 33%, i kept it over 14hours but still it were at 33%... i don't have a clue what to do.

restart computer, restart steam... make sure that the Steam icon in your sys tray says "working" when you hover over it..
right click it, and select "monitor"
see if you're getting any sort of datastream..

I think that it's just the gauge that's stuck, it's unlocked. Try srarting the game and see what happens.

ho-ho now my steam lost my games and the cd key doesnt work anymore, so i can't anwer to the bandwith question 8)
if i start the game it says some kind of weird problem, or it starts steam and begins unlocking again.. way too weird.
