Steamlab: red wheels help

Hey,

What does the red wheel near the crossbow do? I've been spinning that ****er for a while now, but I can't work out what it does.

I know the others let the steam out, but this one doesn't do a thing that I can see.

I kinda gave up playing any other map other than Runoff, and getting bored with that I've gone back to Steamlabs to see if I can re-kindle some lost love.

dm_runoff barely qualifies as a map in my books

It's just... ehh shite.. you have to play it once from each end.. which should be avoided in DM maps :|
