To be honest I have never heard of or seen anybody step on their prescription glasses. I wear glasses/contacts and never stepped on either. But my glasses get knocked off all the time in sports and fights etc.

I don't wear glasses but I did drop a bar of soap when I was in the shower once and when I went to take a step to grab it, the soap slid under my foot and I went flying. It hurt. Nuff said.

Glasses suck, you always get stuff on it and then you try to clean it off but it just makes a bigger mess and then you get really pissed off and all you can concentrate on is that huge effing smudge on your glasses.

I've done that before, except there was no dropped soap and i just... slipped on the floor.

I've never stepped on my glasses, but there was this girl in my gym class a couple of years ago who had her glasses in her backpack, and someone else tossed their backpack on top and broke them. I don't think it really mattered though since I've never even seen her wearing glasses.
