Strange pic in Steam directory

Ive found an odd picture in the Steam directory.

C:/Steam/skins/Grey/steam/creditcard_back.tga

Take a look at it. I has no relavance in the program. Possibly this is preparation for people subscribing? Anyone have any ideas?

It is probably that, i have also seen it, but its gotta be to the subscribe option.

What's so interesting about a picture of a credit card?

We all knew Steam would support purchasing games.
Did you expect to mail cash to them?

There are lots of things in the Steam folders that aren't being used right now...

That has been in Steam since the early betas. The picture will be shown during the purchase process.

How do u look at .tga files? what program?

Programs like Photoshop, maybe PaintShop Pro.

Im sure about Photoshop since im using it but i have no idea what other progs you can use to open those files...

Quicktime can open tga files for viewing.
