Stress Test Problem for me

Everything in the stress test apparently works great, but the figure in the fire is just a white shillouette

I have a 128 mb Ati radieon 9200 card
785 mbs RAM
2.4 ghz processor

Anyone know why or atleast give me a clue to what I should upgrade?

The figure in the fire is supposed to be made out of water. To show off the capabilities of the source engine.

Is the 9200 a DX9 card? If not thats most likely the problem.

Software : DX9

i have to upgrade? can you recommend a fairly cheap card that will run this?

My second computer is running a GeForce4 ti4600, which isn't a DX9-based card, but the guy in front of the fire shows up just fine, distorted water texture and all.

I hade the same problem some weeks ago, but i had a cs:s beta update, and then it was fixed...

Well I'm not an expert...

I'd still say its the card but maybe someone else out there knows more?
