Stuck at beach

I just finished shooting the Gunner out of the sky with my guided rockets. Then the guy tells me i better get going. GO where?

I can't see anywhere to go.....do i get back in my dunebuggy, or continue on foot?

Am I supposed to do anything to those turbine-looking things on the beach?

On the picture, there is a wall made of white panels. Just go foward with your buggy and the guy circled in red will open the door for you.
