Stuck at begining (i m really a noobs)

heya all

I m stuck after the bad teleport at the begining..
I just got a gun and then i am on a "train station" i kill the Cop but after ??? what must i do , i m sure i miss something , i can t pass the Blue "force" wall and i can t see any way to go out ..... please help me and excuse my bad english

Jump on top of the train, and on to the platform with the ladder on the other side
