stuck in a room not having fun help

i am in the room i think in the sewer or somewhere there is quite a few barrels and a couple pools of water with a large circular opening which looks like it goes where i want to but it is too high i tried to stack or pile the barrels to reach it but its a bitc* i cant seem to get in there p[lease help what am i not seeing i dont get much time to play games so i do not like to waste time like this i wish there was a compass or clues that i can get thanks :cheese:

you go into the other room and use the valve to fill it with water. Then you go back to the first room and you can swim through the big vent.

Reach the other room by crossing over the fence using the pipes under the ceiling. Jump down a few of the pipes to reach a valve and use it. The rooms will fill with water.
Now you can go back, use the ladder in the Barrel room to go down and now dive through the short tunnel that you couldn't reach before.

Hint: If you are stuck in the next room too, look around under water...
