Stuck in a room with automatated guns!!!

Right guys listen i need some help.............. I am in this room which was filled with laser beams and automated roof guns and when i entered the i activated room lock down i have disabled the celing guns but i can't find an exit the doors won't open. I have been in here for for 2 weeks and im getting hungary and frustrated PLEASE somebody help me !!!!! :bounce:

This is in half-life 2 right? Would be good if you could specify which game / chapter, you know...so we can help you?

If it's the bit in Follow Freeman, then if you trip one of those lasers you are dead (if you're not you are using the god cheat or something). It's a jumping puzzle, you need to get to the other side where there is a red button on the wall (i think it's in the back right corner of the room). Pressing this will open the door, and just navigate your way out. It's actually very simple.

No, I think its a joke post.
Here's the solution, Lordgray.

First, find where one of the roof guns is. If you've disabled them, you should be able to open the door that houses it.

Second, use all you're strength to try and pull that little box off the side of it. Once you've done that you can stomp on the box enough so you get the key thats inside.

Third, the floor in the lower-left corner of the room is not a real floor. Stomp on it as hard as you can Until the plaster breaks. There should be a little crawlspace there. Go through it until you get to the door. Use the key in the door and open it. You should be right in front of Valve headquarters. If not, you're near a beach.
