Stuck in an area

I cant figure out how to get out of an area. Its 3 rooms. Its nearish the begininng I think.

This is the area that you get into by bashing the ceiling air vent (which you are standing on) and fall through.

I'm figured out how to into the room connected by a red glowing tunnel. But now Im stuck.

Can Anyone help please?

There should be exploding barrels, manhacks and a ladder. Take it up, jump on the little pipe, walk across towards the pg&e monitors, your in the second room climb ladder up, walk across pipes and look down with flashlight, jump down to the white pipes, turn the valve using E. Go back in original room since water level rises, swim to the other room you couldn't get to before.

i'm having trouble walking across the pipes... how do i get onto them?

when you get to the top of the ladder, look where you want to go, and click the "walk backwards" button...
