So Dog JUST let me into the Citadel and I'm jumping down ledge from ledge, and I managed to find my way to the little assembly plant thing. Where do I go from here?!
AHHH I was stuck here too. You have to press the use button on those human cargo cages. Pick the right one though. One rail goes to the thing that zaps people. The other goes off on this crazy scripted sequence.
