Stuck in Ravenholm

Hello, Im stuck in Ravenholm and need some help. I have met father Greg and he told me to go to the church. I ran around and met him again and he said I was on the wrong side of town and needed to go to the church. Were shuld I go?

Also, Half Life 2 ROCKS!!!

Oh hey, i'm stuck there too.

I get to a long street, at the bottom of which is a building that has a lever. The lever makes a platform descend a few metres over the street.

I don't know what to do. Everywhere seems to be a dead end.

LOL. Sorry, but I ran around in circles for about an hour and a half, had him yelling at me too. Be observant you'll find it sooner or later. By the way listen to him, if you see him again turn around.

In replay to Nudnik: Yes, then I went around an other building, jumped on some boxes got up on a roof and got up to the platform and from there I jumped onvard tward the dead guy hanging in a tree and met Greg.

After he gives you the shotgun, leap over into the (empty) water silo, and climb to the roof of the building it is connected to (where there is a small cache of ammo). Take a side door near the roof, and take the elevator to the bottom of the building. It should be fairly straightforward from there.

After you jump up the boxes in the area with the platform jump, you should be right at the church.

I'm totally stuck at this bit to. Gregori told me to meet him at the other end of town at the chuch, this is after climbing up and round the planks. I jumped across the gap, the walkway collapsed (see pic), then I'm just going round and round. It's driving me crazy, what am I missing? Please, someone tell me what to do.

I will second that I have been stuck a few times spent ages looking round, found the way forward in the end.

If you can't be bothered to give answers to those of us that are stuck, please don't reply. Not all of us want or have the time to spend hours looking around. I've given out help when someone asked, I trust that if they ask, they obviously want help.

Behind me at the end of the street is the church that Gregori told me to meet him at (at least it looks like a church to me). (If so) I don't know how to get in anyway.

Down this end, I see paths on the rooftops, but I can't get up there.

Everywhere on ground level seems to be a dead end.

If you take the trouble to notice my comment was to agree about the game being a challenge not to offer help, I said I have been stuck a few times I did not say I had got this far.

I am sorry you are stuck but don't take it out on me, but I can see your point. Anyway why get the rats with me not the person that made the comment that I responded to? Go and have a word with yourself

The floor beneath you collapses at that point, and makes a ramp. Walk up the ramp, into the building.

(i think this is where you are, anyway)

I've reached the buggy now, weee.

Climb the boxes onto the platform.

Now, walk straight forward. At the edge, you'll be able to see another raised area in front of you. Jump over to it.

Now you should be able to see the way. There's a plank of wood leading upwards to the next platform.

(sorry if I misunderstood your situation - post a screeny if I did, and I'll try to help)

I'd already jumped across the gap and wandered through the building, but I just end up exiting on the ground and come out into the street below. I think I'll have to go back and do this whole section again, I'm beginning to think the game has messed up, but then, it's probably just me
