Stuck on 'Our Benefactors'

Im failing miserably in trying to upload some screenshots, ill try tomorrow when im not so tired.

I've just come off the transporter which carries all the bodies around. I've lost all my guns instead I have a super grav gun and I've lost the ability to jump. I've taken out all the combines along the gangway and listened to Breen on the screens. Im now completely stuck.
What do I do? there are two doors that have plasma shields, and in the near distance there what I would describe as a very large plasma generator. Ive thrown numerous bodies and the screens into it but to no avail

Reload from before the transporter ride. Its a bug, sometimes you lose the ability to jumo during the ride. Drove me crazy before I figured it out.

If your trapped you need to gravity gun the little bouncing plasma balls from the generator. There is a few things like things that in the level.

Edit: it should be to your left.

That's a pretty big bug. There's so many puzzles in this game I just thought i was missing something.
