ok i just shot down an helicopter and now i have nowhere to go becasue i have like gates blocking me theres a broken off ladder so i cant climb that but theres shitload of exploding barrels im guessing im gonna have to blow something up but wihcih one

I highly recommend driving your boat up the hill to that house on the hill, and parking it in the little concrete courtyard next to the radio antenna.

Point your tau-cannon at the door, because some guards are going to come out and try to snuff you... you'll conserve ammo, and dispense them quickly if you use that cannon instead.
