Hi, how do I run a ".bin" file? I have this file and I need to open or run it, but I can't do a thing.

Please help!=)

or burn it to cd using countless number of progs out there...eg: nero

you can unzip it from programs like WinISO and ISObuster,

burn it like simmo says,

or if you want to save on your cd's, you can download trials of CloneCD or Alcohol 120% and mount them to the 'virtual cd drives' they create

perhaps it is a linux binary (linux CS server maybe?)

If that is the case, you need to give the file execute permission. to do so type "chmod +x yourfile.bin" without the quotes.

Most often .bin's are raw ISO data for the CD and come with a .cue file with the track information. Linux binaries usually have no extension at all.

sometimes they are movies lol ... that's true, u can open them with windows media player
