I've never had Quizno's. There is one by the place where I get my hair cut and today I'm going to go get a haircut so I might stop by and try one.

Not by eating... by what you eat.You don't 'have' to excercise to lose weight... not at all depending on what it is that you eat. Excercising is just a wise thing to do, to keep healthier and improve your weight loss.
