I don't quite understand why people think alyx is new? Are you so used to static facial features that you think shes going to look like that all the time? I mean you do understand that that is just one emotional 'state' probably during a very upset part in the dialogue?

Personally, however, I think that its just a matter of her portrayed emotion in those shots,. scared/upset, etc.

IMO Alyx is still a (virtual) babe.
