Isn't it nice when a ISP makes you pay £££ a month and gives you pings of 150+. 1 day it's 30 then the next 10 days it's 150.

I rang them up and this guy answers, who I can best describe as this

Which I have, returned nothing.

It kinda reminds me of this flash cartoon.

Anybody else with this half-assed crappy ISP?

Goto Start, Run, type in cmd
Type tracert yahoo.com
See which hops on your ISP give you the most lag and tell them the IP addresses of those hops.
Only the first 5 - 7 or so hops are going to be from your ISP though.

Just just get them to send someone out.
