I just heard a funny story on the local radio (montreal). This guy was in some sort of religious secte that convinced him he would die on the 8th of june. In preparation to this death, he sold his 400 000$ (canadian) house for only 5000$ !!!!!! He was really suprised when he woke up alive on the 9th.

Right now he is trying to get his house back. He might since he was missing a part of his head on that day, but boy does he looks stupid.

yeah... buying selling houses is a long process.(atleast in the US it is i dont know if its different up in canadia).

It takes atleast a month. Usaully 3.
