How do I turn that into that

Sh*t loads of exercise.
I've got a 6-pack, is that a good start for a 14 year old? :E

How can you kill a Grizzly Bear using nothing but a toothpick, a marble and a 6 inch string?

Your urine? I mean it must be saturated with pathogen fighting micro-organisms.

Well, its useful for stopping wounds from becoming infected

How do you kill somthing without leaving any marks on their neck using the fallowing, Guitar String and a cloth. The answer is posted way down please think about it before reading

1rst you wrap the string in the cloth then just choke the heck out of the person untill they die, There will be no marks or anything
only way I know this is that I saw it on T.V just to make sure no one thinks Im a killer lol

Wow, what a way to teach murder: To 15,000 people on a public forum X_X

surely that would still give adequite pressure to leave marks

Was meant to be garlic, which can be used to disinfect wounds or be taken orally to fight off infections.......ticks don't come near you if you rub some into trousers etc.
Although i have heard that urine can be used to clean wounds if you have noththing else available.

Well that's a load of crap.
Even if you used a feather boa to kill somone there would still be marks.

I bet Short Recoil's urine can heal wounds.

teach me how to get an 8-pack dammit! Im only 2 off!
:p

and maybe all the pressure that is presented to the cloth would leave a trace of the lent on the neck...but who knows right? >:)

Eat high protein, low fat diet, that has as very slight negative calorific daily difference (you are burning more than you eat)
Then do incline sit ups with your arms outsteched, take it up to 45 degree and hold for about 10 seconds.....see if you can even do 20 of those.

Then do ab crunches on the floor (google it, i can't be assed)

Press ups also help give a good 8 pack, keeping your stomach taught.

to work obliques, twist when using abs or hold a dumbell and rotate from left to right whilst standing.

If you rip like hell you should have a V-8 in no time.

How long do I have to train to be able to overtake a land rover?

How long do i need to train before i can dent a land rover more than a rhino ever could?

<3 short recoil really :)

I dont have an Incline board, does that mean I can only do normal Sit-Ups / Crunches?

You'll never be able to overtake a land rover, only i can achieve such a wonderous victory.

(a silly question gets a silly awnser)

If you don't have an incline board i recomend you do the crunches you could try some weighted v-sits as well if you have something heavy.
Or possibly find some way of making an ab board.

Assuming someone (white male 155lbs 5'8" with a 33" waist) starting from a relatively sedentary lifestyle, going to a diet similar to the one you mentioned in an earlier post and a moderate (30 min - 1 hour a day) workout schedule as per your previous instructions, how long till that 6er (or 8er or whatever) starts showing up?

My natural body design is short and stocky, I am best at short bursts of energy. Basically I am an excellent sprinter and can lift more weight than an average person but I can't lift all that many times before I get very tired.

I have my desired muscle mass right now (Except for the abs which I need to start working out more) however, I can't run long distances before getting tired, which is something I really want to change. I know what I have to do to improve this so my question is since I am naturally meant for short bursts of energy will I have to work significantly harder than other people to achieve the same results?

He's right. The pressure needed to kill someone would leave a characteristic wound pattern and their hyoid bone would most likely be broken which is a tell-tale sign of strangulation.

oh dear god, with a weapon like that someone could take over the world, and eat soup

heres a question, how can i get enough motivation to actually work out a few times a week

Just do it.

Once you have done a whole week, you have gained enough motivation (and/or results) to go on forever.

easier said than done if you are me i am afraid =\, i'm a very scrawny person and i'm lazy as hell, so i guess i'll ask a different question, what should i start out doing, like pushups or something? and how many etc. be specific i do not come from an excersising background and i hate playing most sports

Cool thread. Short recoil, I need some advice on good back and lats exercises I can do freely at home without some kind of pulling string.

Also, is it best to do cardio before or after working out?

I'm wondering how important it is to get weights that make your muscles fail after a session. My dumbbells aren't that seriously heavy nowadays, but my brother says I should stick with those and I should still keep developing my triceps and biceps, but lots of sites I read say you should always update your bells so they'll be heavy as hell.

Muffinman, put on some aggressive music like metal or drum n bass, get dumbells and pump 3 sets of 10 reps (meaning 3x10lifts up and down basically). Take about a 10 second break between each set. Do it until you notice results, which shouldn't take long, and then you should have enough motivation. Just keep at it, working out is tough, it's basically the art of destroying your muscles so they rebuild to be capable of the amount of work that's required, but it's worth it! You get into the habit eventually.

Technically, I've started with 20 min. of stationary bicycle, 50 lifts of two 15lbs weights for my biceps, 30 lifts of two 15lbs for my pectoral muscles, 30 sets-up and stretching of course.

I have seen results two weeks later... and damn, it feels good.

Speaking also for scrawny, lazy people, what would be a some good excersises that require no equipment whatsoever?
