svencoop release party for halflife2

Hey guys. Wondering how many of you guys want to play the halflife singleplayer together on svencoop sunday and monday night? sure would be pretty fun. My server, only hl2.net people. Start giving me some names and when its go time sunday and monday night ill boot up my server. (located In northern ohio). Anyone up for it?
 
Sorry I don't play svencoop. Otherwise I would.
 
absouletly. Name a time. I probably won't be on sunday. But monday is promising in a few ways. Count me in.
 
I'll probably want to start playing around 8:00 pm or 9:00pm EST
I go by EST, just so you guys know.
 
Ok guys we will need a way to stay in touch before the server goes up. you guys have xfire? or somethin.
 
Use mIRC or any other IRC client. IRC is THE thing.
 
Sounds cool, I'm at the most northern tip of WV, so hopefully I'll have a good ping. Depends on the ISP routing though, hehe

I remember playing Sven Co op with ChrisD, Crushinator and a few others a while ago. Was alot of fun that... :)

reasonable gmt time? lol. that will be hard. Is 2:00 am gmt good for you :\

Or if you guys want to play tonight aswell im game.
It will have to be first come first serv since a lot of people want to play.

How many people will be playing? Because I don't want to be alone at some point having to face a headcrab with seven thousand hitpoints.
 
I'll play! Definately get a voice communication program up to use as well though!

why can't you just use the in-game voicechat also?

In game voicechat sounds like crap to me. I can never understand the people that speak sometimes, and sometimes they come in semi clearly. I think the in game voice communication is poor quality, same for even on the source engine.

The volume on Vent is really low for me. I can't hear them over the noise of my MP5 pwning some guy 10 feet infront of me.
 
wait we are playing sunday? i thought it was tonight...

and pauly you have to give me the name of that mod again, im going to google it and FIND THAT MOD :thumbs:
 
I would do it. But i just beat the game few weeks ago :/ for the 4-5th time.
