Many of us know that the zombies speak backwards but they also speak some swedish (propobly not on "purpus").

If you just litsen to them they say "hjälp mej" or more like "jelp maj", it just means help me. :p

It's plain English you silly :) It's not my fault "Help me" and "hjälp mej" sounds almost exactly the same.

We just had a thread about them being danish. They are also speak hebrewic and english backwords. And it sounds more like danish than swedish.

That's dumb. Everybody knows the zombies are mexican and speak spanish. You can clearly hear them say "yo quiero Taco Bell".

ROFL.
And it's "MIG", not "Mej", you incompetent swede. Next time don't mistreat our language, especially when you're presenting it to people from other parts of the world.

But it's not swedish! It's incoherent, meaningless, stupid babbling!

Nothin', but I find their language sounds funny.

Wow we just had a retarded thread about this earlier in the weak. I cant remember who it was, but he posted the funniest thing I had seen all week in that thread. Ah yeah here it is:

Enough of this pointless arguing- someone needs to solve this once and for all by setting a Dane on fire and seeing if he speaks English backwards. I await the results eagerly.

Damn European talk makes me hungry for a croissant

Its english backwards and everyone knows its swedenese vs danes

Everyone knows english backwards is Elite (Not CS talk, elites the aliens).. right? Bungie has the copyrights to that. ;)

I know it's "mig", I just thought that if you don't speak swedish it would be easier to understand.

Im just kidding, I messed up ;( . (btw, no one here down in southern sweden, skåne, says "mig", we say "maj".

Sounds a lot like backwards garble to me. No matter, I kill them anyways.
I could swear I heard them say "I'd like to interest you in the words of god!" And I blew their brains out.

Interesting.... I could understand what was written in swedish perfectly well, and yet the only other language apart from English that I can speak is Portuguese, and even then I don't speak it perfectly... Though I guess that is the way of all Latin based languages...

English and Swedish are not latin languages, their germanic (thogh we have latin lethers).

Yeah, and i was the thread starter. Man, many hwo wasnt from Skandinavia got pissed of in there, and for no reason. I made Denmark the most unpopular country on this site. Worship me....

btw, Swedish sounds like constant singing, so how can you think danish sounds funny?

Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and, to a lesser extent, Islandic are almost the same. They were ones one language.

I started this thred, im Swedish and I don't find it offensive...

Swedish is supused to be a hard languages to learn, if one dosen't grow up with it.

ett bord = a table
en sol = a sun

That may not seem odd, it just that there are no gramatic rules that can tell you if it is "en" or "ett". The words them selfs may be easy to lern but I don't know as I grow up with them.

Really? Cos, I'd think french would be a number one bitch to learn, you know, in european languages at least, I assume japanese would just be impossible for most europeans.

Toffee, way is it so bad to be a bilingual country? Don't people in Finnland speak primaraly finnish (almost every boddy) and just some along the coast speak both? Not allot of people speak just swedish in Finnland, right?

AJ Rimmer, I think you are right about japanese. Some languages just can't be taught (at least not very well).

You spell the words, not how they're pronounced. Now go hang yourself.

Learning swedish is compulsory in finnish schools. Some kids just like to whine about that all the time.
I don´t mind because I speak both. :)

The number one rule about French is that it's backwards, just like the French themselves ;).

We are all very close up her in the cold north. We don't need passports to travel between our countries. Were I live, in southern Sweden, we are espesialy close to the danish, we even travel over there and take their jobs becaus they pay bether :upstare:, and we buy allot of liquor in Denmark (and the norwegians come to Sweden to buy liquor). We even get danish TV in the south.

We are just one big happy family  (even though we used to slaughter eatch other) .
