SWG was a bit odd, (I played when it was first released) so I cancelled my subscription, I hear now that it is alot better though..

I'm only looking towards Guild Wars. I played the SWG Fileplanet trial, didn't interest me. Yeah, I read the 50+ page forum thread fiasco of theirs as well.

EverQuest has been around for 5 years and is still the best MMO game around, compare it to any other MMO game and EverQuest still has sold better, has more accounts and members, and on top of it has a higher replay value than any other game around.

I will admit swg does have bugs. this is because it has more features. more features= more things to fix.
undecided jedi system? no. they change it so every one doesn't get jedi over night.
i dont know why you would say it doesn't preform well. maybe your pc sucks.

After 5 years of EverQuest you learn that if you want any sort of help with a SoE product you gotta take it into your own hands, I told them once I couldn't log onto the servers and they told me to not try to log on with hacked files, I said I did not have any and they told me to stop harassing staff members or my account would be suspended.
