One day, i was beaten with 30 other students by a teacher with a baseball bat for not wearing my uniform correctly.
It was legal.
Do you think that the teacher should be punished?

The teachers don't use it though. Well one time a teacher smacked me in the head with a ruler when I was sleeping in class and I snatch it from her and and broke in half and threw it in her face. I got suspended.

During our schooling years we have to wear a uniform in the UK. not in college though, thank god!

And i don't think thats legal to do... Sue them and make lotsa money!

well he had a lot of experience so he hit us on the softer parts (thighs, butts etc) and i think he did control his power although it hurt like hell.

oh and i'm not telling where i live. just know that its in asia

In England we have to wear uniforms, but if someone, for example, has their shirt untucked, they wont be beaten to death over it, they will just be asked to tuck it in...

That's nothing... one of my teachers last year made some of us push his minivan around!

I can remember a story while back, where in an Islamic populated country (can't remember which now), where a all-girls-school catched on fire and as they ran out, some of the girls heads/body-parts weren't fully covered, so what did the men outside do? Throw them back into the burning building and were burnt alive. Of course they got away with it.

Sorry, I don't care what school I go too, if I am hit with anything from a teacher, I would use my common self defense(talking about if this was america) and give that teacher its own punishment. Sorry I am not going to be a little girl and take it and ignore it.

I think it would suck wearing uniforms at school. Luckily we don't have ones. I could go to school with a shirt with no sleeves and some shorts if it were that warm. We don't have that kinda punishment allowed here neither. We just recently got this new thing where the teacher can touch the pupil to get him out of class. This is not neccessary on higher education grades than 9th grade, I suppose, and rarely even on the 1st-9th grades.

You should run for a politician when you grow up and try to remove uniforms and corporal punishment from schools :hmph:
