I think it may be one of the best multiplayer games I've ever played.
And I've played, uh, a few, but none of them seem to grab my attention long enough.
Enter: TF2! It's something I can see myself playing for a while. ;D

This is the first source game that runs flawlessly on my machine, no stutter, no lag, loads rather quickly compared to others, never crashed. Once it made this odd lag for about 10 seconds(probably server side) but other than that, it has been effing good.

I keep finding bugs, though - some of the taunts are messed up (Sniper does the Medic's, and I think someone said that the Heavy's gun-hugging thing looks odd when, uh, Sascha is out of ammo), there're some problems with the dedicated server. Main one I've noticed is that I can't do

rcon sv_password ""

It seems to think I'm asking it what the password is, rather then trying to turn the password off. And, of course, if I start the server up unpassworded, it gets full before I can even connect to it myself.

The screeny I posted is using Extended HDR and motion blur. Don't know what the difference is, haven't tried it at different settings. All I can say is that it looks amazing like this.

I have to say I was very impressed with how polished this game was... squeaky clean feel to it. It was a ton of fun to play last night, and very smooth, (minimal lag and decent frame rates) on my laptop over wireless.

100% worth the 9 year wait.
