Hey everyone. Recently, I've taken C++ course in college, which sparked my interest into creating a playable mod for Half life 2. I have two other coderes working with me, who also have known C++ for a couple of years now, and so far we've got 50% of the basic mod set up.
I know it sounds like not a lot, and that people are always constnatlly begging for people to help them make 'their awsomeest ideasz for a mod11!!!!11" but I am prepared to show that me and my team are actually working on stuff.
Anyway, I've been a big fan of Team Fortress for a long time now, as well as Halo, and I figured i'd make a Halo Story-Multiplayer driven mod. It'd allow you to play as covenent or Humans, in strictly story-based scenarios online, which could be a lot of fun. For example, in one campaign the humans would be on another halo and they would try to defend it from a covenent team from trying to activiate it and destroying the universe.
Even if you're not a huge halo fan, I'm not asking one guy to make everything. How much ever you could contribuite I would really apperciate.. the mod is getting done coding wise regargdless of our modeling capabalities or not, so we are just trying to saver ourselves the effort of learning 3DS max as well.

By the way, we understand that there is a Halo 1 Single Player mod for Half-life 2 but our mod is different because it story based Multiplayer with core objectives.
