I'm pretty tired of "martial arts acrobatics." Yeah, it's really cool, but it doesn't have anything to do with self-defence or reality for that matter.
I'm a huge fan of those guys. I go to their site and forums at a lot of times. In fact, they've inspired me to start martial art 'tricking'.
And Cybernoid, 'martial art acrobatics' isn't the only thing team Ryouko. They use weapons and also can fight.
Yes, i think it's called Xtreme Martial Arts, all it is is gymnastics with Martial moves and i hope they don't start doing that in a real street fight against someone who knows what they are doing, otherwise they are going to get a serious reality check.
If you guys like this stuff, watch the guys who compete in official Sport Karate tournaments, Steve Terada is one of the best on the circuits and puts Ryouko to shame.
He's got one move named after him (Terada swipe, Terada Swipe) and is famous for doing the 720 b-twist and triple flash, he looks like he is walking upside down.
Kim Do, Marc Canonizado, Daniel Sterling and Matt Emig are also some of the famous competitors.

I used to go there, but I don't really think it's a good idea to learn something over the internet. Like Jujifmufu suggested, you should get a spotter, you can't get that over the internet. It is better to learn this stuff at a gymnastics or martial art training facility. You should seek professional training from someone who actually can do this stuff (gymnastics coach).
aye i always agree that having an instructor is infinate times better than learning on your own
however ive been able to learn back an front flips, aerials, bkicks and twists, 540, 720, kipup etc via TT
i do have a mm grounding but i have pretty much got all those techniques from the interweb
