Could someone dig up info or email Valve (they've never once answered anything thing I asked, someone with more luck?) if it's possible to put vgui or tv screens on characters (yeah, the whole teletubby thing... not that I watch it or anything).

I don't know about a vgui on a characters but gabe said you can put animated textures on characters. And teletubbies kick ass! Except the sun because he/she/it is a retard.

or what about a short of sven coop where people kill teletubbies in co-op mode? if some day I learn modelling, I shall take them to HL2 ^^
