Temperatures?

Iam using a radeon 9800pro, 512mb 400mhz ram, and a athlon 64 3200. This is all in a super lanboy case which has two 120mm fans, iam not overclocking and iam using the base cpuheatsink/fan. According to my motherboard(msi k8n neo platnium) iam running at 47 degrees celcius system temp, and 53 degress cpu temp. I was just wondering if this is a good temperature, I thought it seemed a little high and if it is...any suggestions on how i can lower it. Thanks in advance.

Update your bios through the MSI live update program.
It will correct any issue with reading temp. high.

As they read right now they are average temp.
Nothing to worry about.
