Hello again, finally got my PC, and all is running extremely well and fine, just as I expected. But I'm curious....I had a no-name brand Thermal Gauge installed in the front above my drives, it works and all, but even under load, it's only reading from 25-29 degrees celsius. I thought this was extremely low (which was wonderful), so I downloaded SpeedFan and checked out what it had to say. It picked up a sh*tload of heat monitors in my PC, so I've no idea what belongs to what, but I noticed there was one monitor named Remote Temp, which I guess is what my thermal gauge is reading. Is Remote Temps what really matter? Like, when someone says my PC stays below 50 celsius all the time, are they talking about Remote Temp?
But then, which slightly frightens me, is that, under two other temperatures SpeedFan is picking up, it's saying that these things are running at 126 Celsius! :flame: But my PC is running fine, in games and out, with max settings enabled. So I'm just guessing that SpeedFan is either making a mistake or something, because if things were running that hot, wouldn't they have fried by now? I think later I might unhook my PC after playing a game, open it up, and move some stuff around I've been planning on doing, and feel my parts to see how hot.
