*Notice how they don't show any collisions. The video immediately goes to another clip. Why? Because Test Drive's crashes always sucked. Hopefully it will look pretty and take damage.

Interesting, they didnt show a crash... im willing to get that there wont be any realistic damage modelling on these cars like burnout 3... oh well.

Maybe they don't have it modelled yet. Like with BF2, they hadn't modelled collisions, so you just slammed in the ground and nothing happened with planes.

need higher res video, though i'm not so impressed with it right now, car models looked decent, but the rest of the world could use more detail, particularly the roads, it's not like the Xbox 360 is gonna be lacking in power or anything

Yea the game looks really early but the vid looks fantastic. I remember Test Drive 4 is what made me get the PS1, so this is a big game for me

I am guessing they havent put crashing in it yet, its still a Work in progress. Better to leave it out, then showing of your car unscratched after a huge crash with a truck or so, because that would have looked stupid.

Overall impression of the XBox 360? They are rushing it.
Just like the PS2, they are rushing to get it out early without enough time for developers to get used to it. Everything I've seen of the XB360 looks dissapointing and hasn't had enough time spent on it.
