Well, I felt a few sort of sharp pains in my left nut a while ago and something about the arrangement of it seems...off. Like it feels like its starting to go a bit sideways, currently in a diagonal arrangement. It even receded back into my own body for a short time.

What were you doing before then?

Sometimes this can be caused from the tension of holding in urine or crap to long, it can also be caused from lifting something extremely heavy the wrong way.
 
Playing Devil May Cry 4 at 7 in the morning olol. I mean sure those combos ARE CRAZY but not enough strain to make my left nut pull a 180. Haven't lifted anything heavy today either.

Ok ****ing lol at the thought of a testicle receding into one's body and being shot out of your asshole with the chord attached like one of those pop guns with the cork with a string tied to it attached to the gun.

Pains have been happening periodically since I first posted this. A bit sharper than the first time, but the nut is back in place. It feels as if a piece of metal is floating around in my ballsack grating against my left nut.
 
Sometimes I get random aches in my balls as well so I doubt it's a STD.
 
yeah...gay sex normally causes that. because your balls keep banging on hard muscular ass cheeks. ever wonder why god gave women fat asses? ;)
 
Normally my response would be "SEE A DOCTOR". But I have learned from past threads posted by Americans. My advice is therefore to ignore the problem, keep calm, and carry on.

It's a nanobot.

But really, my guess is it's either a bone fragment (they can drift through your body for weeks with no symptoms, no joke) or a wandering cyst. Ultimately harmless, but should be removed.
 
Simply put if you had testicular torsion you'd know because you'd be writhing in agony . You probably just pulled something. However if it is Testicular Torsion you only have a 6 hour window in which to react .
 
When I was about 17, whenever I had an huge rush of adrenaline, like if I was getting ready to fight, I'd get sometimes what felt like blueballs and I would be shaking pretty wildly. I don't understand it TBH. Probably related to an overdose of hormones.
 
my balls were hurting me too the other day but out of nowhere it went away. also they've been like that for years, probably just got caught smooshed in your pants for too long
 
My nipples they hurt! They hurt when I twist them!
 
Probably there is something wrong with your testicular tendons. Your testicles may get tied up during sleeping or certain body movements. The sharp pain is due to that blood can't flow into the testicles. Go and see a doctor. If you don't act soon enough, your balls may die of anoxia, which will require permanent removal of your testicles.

If you had testicular torsion you would not be posting this thread, you'd be on the floor, screaming for someone to put you out of your misery.
 
What MiccyNarc said. One of my friends in school had one completely randomly and had to be rushed to hospital because of the pain.
 
If it's receding it's most most most likely groin muscles acting up. As for the grinding I have no idea.
 
This thread makes me want to peel the skin off my face and eat it whilst gouging out my eyeballs with rusty spoons.
 
Yeah this was happening to my brother about 2 years ago. He just ignored it. It was going on for 3 days.
 
I remember a thread a few months ago about you having your nuts in a knot or something. What the hell are you doing to them?

He studies them in his lab. He's doing some research now on what happens if you try to play devil may cry 4 with you testicles at 7 am. Looks like he found out. The hard way
