Texture and midimap qualilty sucks for some reason...

Here is an example from HL2:DM

This has only happened after I downloaded the latest Omega drivers. I would think I would be able to change it in the ATI Tray Tools thing, but I have both textures and midimaps set to high quality. Has anyone had a problem similar to this or know how to fix it?

EDIT: I meant mipmaps, sorry :p
 
Check your mat_picmip command in-game. Default depends on your system, I think it is 0 on mine, yet 1 or 2 on others.
