Overview

Team Fortress 2 2007 (TF2007) is TF2 from The Orange Box ripped and modified to
work again, and host servers. It has no cosmetics, and hats. This version only uses
a limited amount of taunts, only stock weapons, and only 5 Different maps.

Q: How Do I Host A Server?
A: View the facepunch thread below, It will provide the server hosting basics.

Q: Why do I see TF2 Servers from the current version?
A: because the master server is the same, It hasn't changed. Do not join any servers in the List

Q: Where do I post my servers?
A: In this thread, PM me them and I will add them. We will need your public IP and port.

It's definitely not a bad idea to try and preserve some version of the original Team Fortress 2, but old codgers like me will be able to instantly spot when something isn't right - and that's the wrong number of maps.

Interesting idea, but I don't see that much of a difference with this and "vanilla" servers that you can join in TF2

Bump, We need a dedicated server hosted! Server hosting guide and software are available at the Facepunch Thread

Please do not play on this! It uses a very outdated source engine version, and has a lot of security exploits.

If you want classic TF2, you could mod TF2Classic to have the old stats and old textures and stuff

There's also a command in TF2Classic to only have the stock weapons.
