I was preloading the game this morning at 3AM PST and only getting 5.6Kbps a post on the forums said Delete the ClientRegistry.blob
might reset the server list to find a good one. I was 30% through the download and it threw me out! I closed the client and reopened the client
and I'm good to go at 400Kbps now. I thought I was screwed :hmph:

Well there's a lot of people here that have been waiting for TF2 for years, and now that the day's finally here, valve's taking their sweet time releasing it. I'm not one of those people who've been waiting for years, but I can understand why some people are pissed.

FF is quite well done for a rushed release. There're balance issues and some scoreboard bugs, and I've heard some people complaining about lag (no problems here), but it's not a bad substitute while you wait for the beta.

fortress forever is the most polished multiplayer mod ive ever played. its awesome to the max. im honestly not sure if even tf2 is going to be as fun.
