Can you imagine a what striders and especialy gunships would do to an army. Hell gunships could probably have won the 7-hour war alone unless tonnes of people picked up HL2 percision RL(which don't exist)

I think the "Lost Week" would be better than the 7 hour war. The 7 hour was basically citadels appearing in citadels and spewing out gunships, striders, mortar and crab synths (along with other war machines we haven't seen yet). It's pretty clear that Earth's armies would have no chance against such overwhelming firepower.

The Lost Week has a lot more potential than the 7 hour war. If you played as Barney, there would a lot of action along with some good story moments too. Not sure how it would end...
