There are six games on that list that I plan on buying. That's about equal to, if not more than, the total number of games I've bought in the rest of the year. (I'm counting the Orange box as a single game here.)

It got 5/10 in Games tm. Looks a bit ropey to me.

I completely forgot about Time Crisis 4 which, coupled with 2 guns, is now not a possibility without selling a kidney.
 
COD4, Assassin's Creed, UT3, Crysis..in that order...

Oh god im NEVER gonna get my assignments done this month..
 
jeez I'll pass on every game on that list except Mass effect, and possibly assassins creed and crysis ..not all that interested in any of the other games ..perhaps I'll revisit them when the winter dry spell rears it's ugly head ...although I may be playing Age of Conan by then
 
2 of those I`m gonna buy, other`s I`m gonna get off of torrents. Good month in gaming indeed.
 
Don't give a damn about any of those particularly other than UT3... GoW I already played.
 
Mass Effect is a must, with Assassins Creed close behind but I'm kinda hazy on whether to bother with it or not. COD4 I may get around Christmas time.
 
Assassins Creed, Mass Effect, Cod4 and Kane & Lynch i'm keeping an eye on, waiting for reviews etc.

Ut3 and Crysis i would too but my comp could only run them at minimum and probably badly too so not too bothered about them.
 
I'm buying 7 of those games :O Eeek! Here was me trying to get a portfillo ready before christmas :(
 
Um, you forgot CONTRA 4!!!!

But yes, one of the most incredible (and expensive) gaming months in recent memory. I will buy at least 5 of them: Assassin's Creed, Contra 4, Super Mario Galaxy, Uncharted, and Mass Effect. Ugh....

Well, I'd say Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway is definitely worth mentioning. That and Crysis are my most anticipated games this fall.

wow, contra 4 looks fun. I'll probably pick that up...Rock band is too expensive for me right now :(

Also I have to say as with the rest of you my wallet will be decimated by the end of the year. (It doesn't help that other good games are coming out early next year too)
 
There's no harm in saving some for a rainy day. Even the mighty Mass Effect has been relegated to Christmas day for me (between TF2, MP3 and Mario Galaxy there just isn't enough time in the day). There's a good 5 or 6 other games that normally would be day one purchases on top of that!

It doesn't matter how poor next years Q1 release schedule is - there's more than enough games to last :)
 
Think you also missed Naruto : Rise of a Ninja (Nov 2nd????)

Unless your staying strictly PC games..which some of those arent?

No doubt. I am sadly going to have to do this too. But which one or two to wait for??? I honestly don't know how I will make this decision--they all look amazing!! They will last well into Q1 2008 though without question--should be enough to get me through until MGS4 comes out in Q2. :O
 
Im suprised noone made a thread about the mass effect reviews out, in Game Informer it got a 9.75. From what I remember they say it makes you think deeply about moral choices you make and that the A.I. was the only problem they spotted. They still gave the game of the month award to halo 3 though, even beating out the orange box..both getting 9.75. Anyways theres about 5 I want but my computer sucks ass so much I dont have enough space for ep2 so forget it :\.
 
I want Assassin's Creed but since i don't have any consoles (Or a TV even) I have to wait until january or something :(
 
Getting CoD4 and possibly UT3, torrenting a few others if I have the time.

Also doing NaNo this year though, so my time will pretty thin already...
 
Tasty. I'll be buying Guitar Hero 3 and Mass Effect and hiring the rest. If anything else turns out to be buy-worthy I might have to bank in on all my good deeds and write Santa. :O

(Hey, you never know, I might get a $10 voucher for EB.)
 
Heh tell me about it. I think this month's games are going to cost me around $250-300 when all's said and done.
 
I'll get assassin's cvreed/mass effect for christmas (or with money from christmas). And there is no way in hell my PC can run Crysis.
