I know it has been out for a few weeks here in the UK, but there hasn't been a thread about it yet. So who has seen this film yet?

Holy cow it is an emotional, powerful ending, one of the most emotional endings to any movie I have seen for ages.

Ahh, I thought I knew this movie. I was looking it up awhile ago thinking it would be rather good. Good to hear it's out.

Yeah I saw it, it really is sad, brutally so, 2 images in particluar stayed with me from it.

1: The scene where the lead boy(can't remember his name) is down in the cellar of their new house near the camp with a flashlight, the camera then shows an illuminated area behind bruno when he swings the light around revealing figures, but they are just the bodies of dolls.

I honestly jumped a bit in my seat at that point because I got images of the dead bodies piled on top of each other that we all have seen in archive footage from the camps.

2: The scene where the gas masked soldier pours the Zyclon B into the filter, the camera angle was just so eerie, from the perspective of the people inside the chamber.

Those two scenes got to me jimbo, especially the second. Was damn freaky and unsettling.
