I was screwing around and i found a clipboard, the likes of which shared the title of this thread and had a drawn picture of the companion cube, around Dr.Magnuson in the first silo. Which lead me to believe that he might be connected to Aparture science somehow... any ideas? If the game just picks a random clipboard art, which is one possibility that ran through my head, don't be an ass.
