Sort of hard, but I'd choose Xenogears. Amazing story, phenomenol music. Didn't bore me one bit.

Half-Life is my favorite. Otherwise, I wouldn't be here.

Ocarina is my second, followed by Soul Calibur 2.

Perfect Dark would eclipse all of those if the graphics were just slightly improved in multiplayer.
