with all this talk of Danimal being elected a moderator and then the winging of how I should have been made a mod by half the forum it's time. If there was to be another mod elected who should it be?

Can you all think of some leading candidates? Anyone who says themselves will get a beating.

P.s, I don't know why I started this thread, It'll ineviably end in rioting. I'm just gonna slip away now while I still can.......

But to be honest I think <RJMC> or Dumbdude should be moderators. Although RJMC's english is not the best he has a good head on his shoulders. Dumbdude is very helpful at hardware issues and I have never, ever seen a rude post by him.

Nah not really. TDE started out posting stuff in the Half-Life 2 forum back in 2003 sometime, then he was known as Fenric though, a much cooler name. Then he became a mod and for a while he was kind of hardass but he cooled down and now he's just TDE, a cool mod.

Same thing happened with Chris_D and ComradeBadger, except Badger just posted a lot of drunk stuff, which was quite funny at the time. Who else was there......hmm...can't think of any others

And mods aren't "elected". Myself and HotSoup are always on the lookout for people we think might make good mods, and when the time comes for some new blood, we get together and decide the best candidates.
