OvA: Sorry, about that, had to run a few errands

OvA: I don't have an projects going at the moment, why do you ask?
CryptFire: Ehh, just I've been looking for someone that may be wanting to do some sort of mod
CryptFire: I haven't planned the whole mod out yet, but it'll be pretty cool. It's a sort of egyptian mod
CryptFire: I'm not thorougly known, so not many people want to join
OvA: That's not a problem with me if you're capable.
OvA: Sounds interesting, what kind of ideas do you have for it?
CryptFire: Well, first I thought it would be a sort of.. how to say this.. progressive campaign
CryptFire: You start out as a egyptian citizen back in the days of Ancient Egypt.
CryptFire: Then as you discover more and more as a normal egyptian citizen, well, once you finish that campaign, you actually start playing as Egyptian gods
CryptFire: Heke, not a thoroughly known god, but he was one of the ledgends. He was a god of healing and some magic. Ehh, the only other one I can remember is Anubis, the god of the underworld.. He'd be the last one in the campaign probably
CryptFire: I haven't got too much into thought about it because never once has anyone ever even thought about helping
OvA: This would be single player?
CryptFire: Ehh, mostly. There would probably be some sort of awesome multiplayer, but the main gameplay would probably be singleplayer
CryptFire: I know I'm probably making no sense.. More less probably the reason no one ever joins my team
OvA: What kind of gameplay would you like to have?
CryptFire: What do you mean? For multi?
OvA: Both. Is it first person, third person, is it a shooter or do you use melee weapons? Stuff like that.
CryptFire: I would like it to be first person, it is more likely going to be a melee weapons combat, with maybe a shooter would be the right description for the magic when you're playing as a god
CryptFire: You have to make use of your surroundings if you're out of mana/magic power as a god
OvA: How so?
CryptFire: How so.. well, like, if you have just enough mana/magic power to do it, you may forge some sort of weapon with the sand, make some sort of staff, or if you're some god like Heke, you can use the sand to make a sandstorm shred your enemy
CryptFire: I'm still putting quite a bit of thought into it, so bare with me. I will be giving away the storyline if it doesn't see through, that way another mod team will be able to attempt it and I may actually see my creation come to life
OvA: What kind of enemies? Like other armies?
CryptFire: Hmm, yeah. Sort of. Other tribes, based on worshipping the evil gods of egypt, such as Apophos, the god of darkness, death, and pretty much all evil. He would be the main enemy of the game
OvA: So how would homosexuality play into all this?
CryptFire: what?
OvA: You know, that was huge part of Egyptian culture, how would you adress that?
CryptFire: You're saying my mod idea's crap aren't you.. ehh, I've gotten worse insults I guess..
OvA: No, I'm not
CryptFire: There was not gay in Egyptian culture.. was there? How could anyone kno?
OvA: It's documented, there were several gay egyptian god

OvA: And I think that would make for an interesting twist
OvA: That would create controversy and draw attention to the mod
OvA: Maybe the evil tribe is straight and wants to kill you and your family because you support gay marriage.

CryptFire: Well.. I suppose there'll be a choice
CryptFire: Since I do also have a gay friend

CryptFire: A choice whether to be man, female, and as a man be gay, or as a female.. well.. be married to a man

OvA: Maybe there will be extra stengths for each class, IE: Gay man does extra damage when attacking from behind
