Every once in a while, I'm sure one of these threads pop up, reminding Munro that our beloved ?GBP symbol doesn't work, similarly with the ?EURO symbol. I was under the impression that it would be fixed in the latest update.

It was most notable in this thread. Which isn't particularly surprising.

So I thought I'd point it out and ask when we might expect, if ever, a usable pound sign on the HL2.net fora?

I can't foresee a global currency happening just yet, but if it ever were standardised, it would inevitably be dollarian.
